Lecture and workshop – Manager of Tomorrow

Addressed to managers and leaders who want to develop and refine their own resources and create a “high motivated” working force around them. As co-driver you become the "spider in the net", leading the team and the spirit and point out the importance of communication - Each decision affects the entire team and the results. The Leaders of today need to act “role models” on all levels to be trustworthy - no excuses and a responsibility of 100%. By the “flatter leadership style” of today – creating attractive company goals and fully motivated teams on all levels - are most leader’s biggest challenge!
