Stress and Keep-fit Activities

Evaluating earlier commissions, I realised, that in these days, lots of people live under big pressure and/or rather unconsciously, when it comes to food and health, no matter if they are very young or elderly people. For me, it was the start of my qualification as a stress- and fitness-therapist.

When I feel stressed and exhausted, I thank my body signalizing the ’Red Card’ to me. Immediately, I take steps to regain my balance. Otherwise, it will end like driving a car, when the caution light for oil level gauge flashes – if you ignore it, it will have severe consequences! If you maintain your ‘machine’ – your body – everything will run in a pleasant speed.
