I was born and brought up on ’Värmlandsnäs’, a peninsula in Lake Vänern / Sweden. On the farm of my parents I learned very early to work together, both outside, in the fields, and inside the house. My Granny always said: ‘Nothing comes from nothing!’ What a marvellous school for life! In the reversing mirror of my life, I enjoy my youth, whatever it implied, both good and bad luck. Here I was shaped to be a result-focused and goal-oriented girl, who learned, not to give up, whatever happened in her life, and to always find a solution to all challenges, which may appear.
My Aunt was a teacher. Thanks to her, I loved school. My Dad always said: ‘Knowledge means power!’ My knowledge and proficiency have given me confidence and security, no matter what I decided to do in my life. What I appreciate most, is the fact, that, thanks to my studies and learning new things, today I am able to influence and change my ingrained habits, thoughts and old prejudices. I gain wider understanding; I can grow and develop on all levels of my life! Each morning I start my day by shining ‘as the sun in Karlstad’ and by being curious about, what the day may bring. In the evening I go to bed, grateful for everything I experienced through my day – the great things and the bad ones. I can tell you: sometimes I’m jealous of my own life – because it is so wonderful!
If you fill your soul with this feel-good in every situation, you are in no need of alcohol or drugs. You are ‘High on Life’ just because of LIVING here and now, each second of your short life on this earth.
